On 17.8.2023, the Basel business community met for a networking event at the Oslo Studios in Münchenstein.

Paul Curchellas, VDC Manager at Burckhardt, was invited as a guest speaker together with representatives from banking, the art industry and the private sector. He spoke about the challenges and opportunities that digitalisation brings for Burckhardt as well as for the entire construction industry. VDC/BIM planning is at the forefront of this new era. This is about creating transparency as well as generating added value for customers and partners. We were already able to publish an interview with him on this topic at the beginning of the year.

The event organised by Basel Economy offered the approximately 300 participants the opportunity to meet important decision-makers from various industries and to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. The evening was hosted by TV presenter Désirée Lehmann, Regio TV Plus. The Swiss comedian Charles Nguela entertained the attendees as a special guest.
