In close collaboration with Superdraft Studio from Basel, Burckhardt is transforming the office building of L-Park Immobilien AG in Muttenz into a mixed-use development for living and working.

The four-storey, 72-metre-long row building on Kriegackerstrasse in Muttenz, which was previously used purely as an office building, is undergoing a total renovation. The objectives include energy measures, the repair and renewal of the structural components (earthquake safety) and the design of high-quality flat layouts and modern office workplaces.

In addition to spacious family flats with garden access on the ground floor and attractive studio flats on the first floor, the anchor tenant, the M+R Spedag Group, will continue to occupy the two upper floors with the completely renovated and now light-flooded, contemporary offices. The logistics company has temporarily moved to GETEC Park Schweizerhalle until the end of 2024.
