Experts from the international real estate industry met in Cannes from March 12 to 15 for this year’s MIPIM. Over the course of four days, the conference program offered over 20,000 participants from 90 countries an insight into the industry’s most important hotspots.

«We value MIPIM as a special and very prestigious networking event. In addition to inspiring discussions with exciting players, interesting new contacts were made with companies and investors this year», explained the Burckhardt team, who drew a very positive conclusion and also noticed a clear optimism in the industry.

Burckhardt was represented at the German Pavilion at the trade fair for the first time and provided an insight into the diverse work of the architecture firm, the collaborative IPD method and selected ongoing projects. Klara Geywitz, Federal Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Construction, visited the Burckhardt team there right at the start of the trade fair.

At the Horizon Léman stand, there was also the opportunity to exchange ideas with the Suisse romande team.
