On 14 September 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony for «Les Grands Esserts» in Veyrier was laid in the presence of council members Pierre Maudet and Antonio Hodgers, marking an important milestone for the new urban district near Geneva.

Burckhardt planned the «Cour de Vessy» project as part of this significant district development and will realize a total of 222 apartments at controlled rents by the end of 2025.
