Burckhardt impressed the jury with its architectural design for urban and garden-oriented living at the «Ziegelei» junction in Allschwil BL and won the competition unanimously.

Two new buildings in the form of a residential tower and a residential building are being built in the Rankacker neighbourhood. They create a contemporary appearance and new, individually usable living space with views over the city or the garden landscape.

A total of 77 flats and commercial units are planned for the two ground floors. Construction is scheduled to start in 2025.
