The «Cour de Vessy» project is the first urban development element of the new «Les Grands Esserts» quarter in Veyrier near the city limits of Geneva. In the midst of a unique river landscape, 222 flats in Minergie-P standard and 500m² of commercial space are being built, planned and realised by Burckhardt. All flats will be rented out at controlled rents. They are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Densified construction in harmony with a high quality of life and affordable rents characterise the residential project. The comprehensive urbanisation project was developed with the aim of preserving the identity of the site and creating a harmonious whole. With the help of simple construction principles and careful details, the implemented strategies aim at rationality and economy of construction while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the residents.

A total of 1’200 flats will be created in the new attractive residential quarter in the immediate vicinity of Geneva.
