«Teamwork, trust and appreciation: that’s what Switzerland’s best employers offer their employees,» said the Handelszeitung newspaper as part of its independent survey of employees in Switzerland, conducted in cooperation with Statista.

Burckhardt was awarded first place in the «Construction» and «Consulting» categories, making it Switzerland’s best employer in these two areas. «The result reflects our employees’ satisfaction and shows that our corporate culture leaves space for personal development and success,» says Christoph Frey, a partner at Burckhardt.

Around 15’000 employees in Switzerland took part in the employer survey, submitting more than 200’000 assessments.
