La \u00ab Kocherei \u00bb (la construction d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la cuisson) du site d\u2019Attisholz, \u00e0 Riedholz (SO), sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e au sud par un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de b\u00e2timent qui cr\u00e9era une surface utile totale de 18 000m<sup>2<\/sup>. La r\u00e9alisation est pr\u00e9vue de 2024 \u00e0 2026.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nouvelle orientation pour une histoire industrielle unique<\/strong><br>Le site d\u2019Attisholz, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1881, a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 pendant 130 ans \u00e0 la production de cellulose. Ouvert \u00e0 la population dans son ensemble depuis 2018, il sera transform\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir en \u00ab quartier \u00bb urbain de Riedholz. Burckhardt ajoutera \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice existant de la \u00ab Kocherei \u00bb une partie ouest qui se pr\u00e9sentera comme un corps de b\u00e2timent clair et cubique donnant sur l\u2019Attisboulevard et formera une barre sur le plateau nord de la \u00ab Kocherei \u00bb. \u00abLe lieu qui se pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 nous incite \u00e0 l\u2019action, \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative, c\u2019est un lieu de possibilit\u00e9s!\u00bb, explique Christoph Jantos, responsable de projet et membre de la direction du site de B\u00e2le.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le projet \u00ab Das Pionierhaus \u00bb relie pass\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sent<\/strong><br>L\u2019atmosph\u00e8re industrielle d\u2019antan est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la nouvelle expression architecturale, qui se distingue comme un projet phare, innovant et attrayant, en phase avec les besoins sociaux actuels.
