{"id":12522,"date":"2023-03-16T20:46:05","date_gmt":"2023-03-16T19:46:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/burckhardt.swiss\/?p=12522"},"modified":"2023-03-20T18:04:33","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T17:04:33","slug":"1er-prix-pour-le-batiment-initial-de-la-nouvelle-utn-universite-des-sciences-appliquees-de-nuremberg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/burckhardt.swiss\/fr\/1er-prix-pour-le-batiment-initial-de-la-nouvelle-utn-universite-des-sciences-appliquees-de-nuremberg\/","title":{"rendered":"1er prix pour le b\u00e2timent initial de la nouvelle UTN, Universit\u00e9 des sciences appliqu\u00e9es de Nuremberg"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>La d\u00e9cision du concours pour les futures installations centrales de la nouvelle UTN a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 et notre projet est sorti vainqueur de la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 15 \u00e9quipes de planification internationales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet a notamment s\u00e9duit par le choix urbanistique de localiser diff\u00e9remment les deux nouveaux \u00e9difices: un b\u00e2timent de t\u00eate avec une forte pr\u00e9sence et un deuxi\u00e8me corps de b\u00e2timent en retrait, qui laisse de la place pour les constructions futures de l\u2019universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verdict du jury: \u00abGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la grande transparence du b\u00e2timent de t\u00eate, le projet se pr\u00e9sente comme une interface entre le centre du campus et le parc. L\u2019implantation en position centrale de la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse, la salle de cours abaiss\u00e9e, est un geste habile, qui place les \u00e9tudiants au centre et souligne la valeur qui leur est accord\u00e9e. Cette conception claire, g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et accueillante donne naissance \u00e0 une adresse de choix pour une nouvelle universit\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage: <a
