Every year, the biggest international trade fair for real estate and investments in Europe brings together professionals from the real estate sector. At Burckhardt, we recognize the value and take advantage of this special networking event and will be at Expo Real 2023 in Munich from October 4 to 6. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Swiss Circle stand (Hall A3 Stand 230)<\/a> you\u2019ll have the opportunity to talk with us: Wolfgang Hardt, Daria Grouhi and Carsten Krafft will be there, along with Tobias Hossfeld and Kenzo Kr\u00fcger-Heyden from Burckhardt Developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will also be giving insights into one of our most important ongoing projects in the field of Education & Research: The General Teaching and Research Center I (AVZ I) for the University of Bonn, planned by Burckhardt in collaboration with Buro Happold, will be presented by our developer at the North Rhine-Westphalia pavilion as one of the current major projects with a focus on sustainability and digitalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
